Made from naturally fermented, dried and destemmed beans extracted from cocoa fruit growing on Trinitario trees on the island of Madagascar. The cocoa mass has excellent nutritional properties, a rich flavour and a pleasant aroma.
TASTE NATURE: fruitiness, a light nutty aftertaste, and an unexaggerated acidity dominate.
POSSIBLE USES: as a nutritional supplement, in the preparation of various desserts (including vegan), in the preparation of chocolate or hot chocolate drinks, for enriching various dishes.
