Natural dried vanilla pods with lots of seeds inside. Premium grade classification. Grown on farms on Vanilla Planifolia orchids in Indonesia. They are rich in a natural organic compound called vanillin, which makes the plant special.

TASTE: creamy, sweet and mild, with a flavour similar to that of the Madagascar variety (classic).

POSSIBLE USES: for a wide range of culinary and confectionery applications, including vanilla sugar, sweet sauces, ice-cream, cakes, tarts, biscuits, custards, etc. Flavour chocolate, cocktails, coffee and whatever your imagination allows.
