It is a dark chocolate with a smooth texture and intense cocoa flavour, with hints of chestnut and coffee. Made from Forastero cocoa beans. The flavour of the chocolate bar is enhanced by the medium roasted and crushed variety of coffee beans inside. The slightly sour flavour is imparted by the cocoa bean pieces in the chocolate and on the top. A subtle spiciness is guaranteed by a pinch of Espelette peppers.
