CRUSHED ECO COCOA BEANS FROM PERU, CRIOLLO
Naturally fermented, sun-dried, shrivelled and crushed cocoa beans that have been extracted from cocoa fruits growing on Criollo trees in Peru. This type of cocoa is one of the rarest in the world (up to 5% of all cocoa) and is suitable for ceremonial use.
TASTE: Strong aromas of cocoa, cinnamon and honey dominate, with a hint of coffee.
POSSIBLE USES: as a nutritional supplement, in the preparation of various desserts (including vegan), in the preparation of chocolate or a hot chocolate drink, for enriching various dishes, in the ceremonial preparation of cocoa.
