Naturally fermented, sun-dried and shrivelled beans that have been extracted from cocoa fruit growing on Trinitario trees on the island of Madagascar. The cocoa mass has excellent nutritional properties, a rich flavour and a pleasant aroma.
TASTE NATURE: dominated by fruitiness, citrus fruits, light nutty aroma.
POSSIBLE USES: as a nutritional supplement, as a snack, for enriching a variety of dishes such as smoothies, salads, smoothies, confectionery or even chocolate.
