Carefully selected tender tea buds with a single leaf. Steamed for a moment, then lightly dried and rolled. The sweet herbal aroma is reminiscent of classic Darjeeling green tea, but this is milder and sweeter. Grown at 1400m in the mountains of Nepal. Harvested in the summer, the second harvest. This tea has an extremely low caffeine content.
